When you arrive at Bluth Family Dental a large staff of friendly, experienced dental auxiliaries will welcome you. Our front office (administrative and clerical) staff is comprised of 4 experienced people to help you with your appointments and insurance questions. Our chair side assisting staff also has 5 well-trained and attentive dental assistants. Our dental hygiene department is composed of 2 thorough and caring dental hygienists. While job descriptions may vary significantly, our staff truly acts as a team, like one family caring for another. We are proud of the extensive experience level and professionalism that our staff provides to our patients.

After working with Dr. Bluth for over 30 years, Betty and Ellie announced their retirement in April of 2002. Betty and Ellie are truly family to all of us, including many of our patients. We will all miss seeing them daily. Not a day goes by when one of our patients asks for them, and we gladly pass along their ‘hello’s.’ Betty and Ellie cannot be replaced here in our office. We wish them the best of health and happiness, and in all their endeavors.

		Front office staff: Laurie, with over 12 years at Bluth Family Dental, heads our administrative staff, and is our ‘insurance problem solver.’ Laurie and Tonya, our newest staff member, work closely with your dental benefits provider to coordinate dental treatment and maximize your insurance benefits. Janie has been with us over 7 years, and is always up front to welcome you with a warm smile. Janie and Tonya will greet you with a warm smile, and register your arrival in our computer system, instantly informing the entire staff of your presence. Both Janie and Tonya can assist you in scheduling your appointments. Adriana is our creative computer expert.
Adriana’s goal is to increase the many beneficial ways our computer system can provide the solutions needed to help deliver efficient care to all our patients and their diverse needs.

Dental Assistants:

Sadly, and happily, after working side by side with Dr. Norman Bluth since the very beginning, Ellie has retired. Ellie and Connie worked together assisting Dr. Bluth in treating families with care and experience. Connie now assists Dr. Bluth daily till noon, when Dr. Norman Bluth departs to spend time with his wife Natalie, and new grandkids! Drawing on the experience of working chairside with both Ellie and Dr. Norman, Connie has come to know the many lifelong patients of Bluth Family Dental.
	Carmen and Nancy comprise an experienced duo at Bluth Family Dental. With over 45 years combined experience, they assist Dr. Barry Bluth in all facets of dental treatment, including complex dental reconstruction procedures. Helping to implement the latest technological advancements, Carmen and Nancy eagerly embrace new technology that not only makes their job more efficient, but allows them to consistently expand their abilities to help patients.  Joining Dr. Barry Bluths team in 2006, Janna brings her skills as an orthodontic assistant to our office, helping our patients “embrace” their smiles!
Another great assisting team is Diana and Gigi. With 30 years combined experience, Diana and Gigi work together closely with Dr. Sherri Bluth to deliver the latest cosmetic procedures and tooth whitening. Our assistants have been helping generations of families here in Davie, and continue to do so every day of the week. Among our staff, we speak Spanish, French, and Hebrew. We have been restoring smiles for generations of families here in Davie, and continue to do so every day of the week.

Dental Hygienists:

Diane and Michelle have promoted superior dental health for years. Guiding and instructing patients in proper dental hygiene is their specialty. With complex dental treatments available to our patients, effective dental prevention is critical for long-term success. Our trio of hygienists can assist in maintaining the latest cosmetic dental treatments, including how to maximize your results with the best whitening systems available. Collectively, Diane and Michelle have 30 years of experience.
